Customer Support Representative

We are looking for a Customer Support team member for our Lviv office (not a remote position!).

Responsibilities:

?Entering loads to the transportation system

?Requesting appointments by email/phone

?Checking paperwork and reporting OSD

?Communicating with the carriers — providing updates to the customers

Skills:

At least intermediate English level is a MUST

Fast reaction and learning skills

Interaction in a professional manner only

Ability to work from the office Mn-FrВ  3-11pm local time (taxi covered)В andВ from home 11pm - 1 am (Laptop/PC)
