CORPORATE LAWYER

We are looking for an experienced corporate lawyer who knows how to successfully apply his legal skills in practice and for commercial purposes as well .

Duties:

1. Preparation of documents and support for opening companies abroad.

1. Interaction with banks and payment systems to open accounts and prepare responses to financial monitoring requests;

1. Conducting inspections of counterparty companies (Due Diligence);

1. Analysis, drafting and approval of agreements, contracts and memoranda, including NDA, NCA, b 2b, b 2c;

1. Preparation of documents and support of clients in compliance in foreign partner companies;

1. Preparation and execution of corporate documents (resolutions, minutes, charters, etc.);

1. Interaction with notaries and registrars;

1. Providing verbal and written advice on the company&# 039;s objectives.

Requirements:

1. Higher legal education;

1. At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position;

1. Upper-Intermediate level of English (including professional vocabulary);

1. Experience in managing several jurisdictions and working with international contracts (foreign banks, various payment systems and other financial services);

1. Experience in legal and tax consulting, writing opinions on legal validity and risks;

1. Competent, clear oral and written expression, the ability to quickly and structurally convey a position, as well as offer alternatives;

1. Ability to independently immerse yourself in the specifics of the company&# 039;s activities and in the specifics of local legislation;

1. Ability to meet deadlines and work in a multitasking environment, personal discipline;
