Marketing Manager - Promotions and Operations

As a Manager, you will be instrumental in coordinating and executing our marketing promotions while ensuring seamless operations within the marketing department.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the weekly internal promotion calendar and ensure timely execution.

• Collaborate closely with the copywriter to develop compelling offers for internal promotions.

• Work hand-in-hand with designers to create effective sales funnels for promotional campaigns.

• Implement and oversee internal promotions using ActiveCampaign or similar platforms.

• Serve as a key point of contact for JV partners, coordinating the preparation and distribution of promotional materials.

• Efficiently manage JV partner promotion campaigns to maximize impact.

• Develop and refine operational processes to optimize workflow efficiency.

• Assign tasks and responsibilities within the marketing team, ensuring clear communication and accountability.

• Provide regular reports on campaign performance and key metrics to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Must be proficient in English.

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

• Working knowledge of email service providers such as ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, etc.

• Demonstrated experience in managing marketing campaigns.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to create and streamline operational processes.

• Competent in task management and delegation.

• Capable of producing insightful daily and weekly reports on campaign performance.
