Send us your CV if you have:


  • Experience inВ B 2B sales.
  • Background inВ exporting FMCG products.
  • English level B 2 or higher.
  • Experience inВ logistics and contractsВ  (preferred).
  • Knowledge ofВ export documentationВ andВ IncotermsВ  (preferred).
  • Higher education (Economics, International Relations, Logistics, etc.).
  • Strong command ofВ MS Office, especiallyВ Excel.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Organize and manage daily operations to maximize sales efficiency.
  • Plan and lead the entry intoВ new markets and regions.
  • Personally handleВ key strategic accounts and major sales.
  • Approve commercial proposals sent to clients.
  • Ensure aВ clear functional structureВ within the sales team and support them in reaching targets.
  • Analyze and segment the customer database; resolve client-manager conflicts.
  • Oversee task execution and performance within the sales department.
  • ManageВ accounts receivableВ and ensure timely payment collection procedures.
  • Participate in the development and implementation ofВ CRM/IT systems.
  • Maintain full control overВ incoming leadsВ and their conversion into orders.
  • Monitor theВ carrier selection processВ and negotiate freight rates.
  • Keep track of supplier markets and quickly find alternatives when needed.
  • Prepare and submit timelyВ sales reportsВ to senior management.
