What We&# 039;re Looking For:

- Minimum 7 years of experience in luxury residential, commercial, or hospitality interiors

- Strong portfolio showcasing design depth, spatial planning, and storytelling

- Skilled in mood boards, FF&E, and detailed working drawings

- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.

- Excellent understanding of materials, lighting, and furniture

- Confident handling clients, presentations, and feedback loops

- Experience in end-to-end project management, including MEP, HVAC, and site coordination

- Strong leadership with the ability to mentor junior designers and manage teams

Your Role:

- Lead interior design projects from concept to completion

- Develop cohesive design narratives aligned with client needs

- Handle presentations, BOQs, GFCs, and detailed drawings

- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, contractors, and site teams

- Oversee timelines, budgets, and site execution

- Guide and support junior designers while ensuring design quality
