Regulatory Affairs Manager – Ukraine & CIS

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regulatory Affairs Manager to oversee and coordinate registration processes across Ukraine and the CIS. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements in the agrochemical sector, directly contributing to the success of our projects and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate the preparation, submission, and follow-up of product registration dossiers.

- Liaise with regulatory authorities, certification bodies, and internal teams to ensure timely approvals.

- Monitor changes in legislation and regulatory frameworks relevant to the company&# 039;s activities.

- Develop and maintain registration timelines, ensuring adherence to agreed schedules.

- Maintain accurate records of all registration documentation and correspondence.

- Provide regulatory guidance and support to internal departments.

- Ensure that all activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Agronomy, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in regulatory affairs or a related industry (agrochemical, pharmaceutical, or similar).

- Proven experience working with Ukrainian and CIS regulatory frameworks.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Excellent command of Ukrainian and Russian; upper-intermediate English proficiency (B 2+) is required.

- Highly self-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
