Contract Full-Time Bookkeeper (QBO Experience Required)

What You’ll Do:

• Keep clients&# 039; books accurate and upВ toВ date

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and the General Ledger

• Prepare P&L statements and Balance Sheets

• Reconcile bank accounts and manage monthly closings

• Collaborate with our team and participate inВ meetings

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent inВ English (B 2+ level)

• 2+ years ofВ QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience

• Skilled inВ MS Office 365, Bitrix 24, Zoom, Dropbox, Google Drive

• Strong understanding ofВ accounting principles and financial reporting

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able toВ manage multiple tasks

• Team player ready toВ contribute toВ success
