Field Marketer

Requirements, wishes:В 

Education:

• Diploma or Bachelor&# 039;s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Fluency in Ukrainian, English proficiency required.

Experience:

• At least 1 - 2 yearsВ Previous experience in field marketing, sales, or customer outreach.
• Experience working with international companies or logistics-related services is an advantage.

Responsibilities:В 

• Plan and execute physical marketing and outreach activities, including direct visits to potential customers, warehouses, offices, and commercial centers, to promote company services, generate qualified leads, and expand market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and prospective clients through face-to-face engagement and consistent follow-up communication.
• Deliver professional product and service presentations, including detailed briefings on shipping processes.
• Identify potential customer segments through targeted market surveys and field research to support strategic market expansion.
• Monitor competitor activities, regional market conditions, and customer behavior; provide structured field reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate closely with operations and other internal departments to ensure smooth customer onboarding and efficient resolution of client inquiries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of daily activities, customer interactions, leads, and outcomes.
• Support local marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Ensure all marketing activities align with company branding guidelines, messaging standards, and ethical policies.
• Analyze regional performance data and propose strategies to improve market penetration, customer retention, and overall marketing effectiveness.
• Perform additional responsibilities related to business development and marketing as assigned by management.
