We invite you to join our team Business Development Manager, who will be responsible for building and managing a team of sales marketers. The team will conduct cold calling and cold emailing to business prospects, and they will set up appointments with USA Verenia sales team to make further contact.

Responsibilities:

  • Core Function: manage a team of about 5 Business Development Reps
  • Help to build and manage a team of sales marketers
  • Preparation and approval of cooperation conditions and agreements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date activities on assigned leads, accounts, and opportunities in SalesForce.
  • Preparation and approval of cooperation conditions and agreements;
  • Maintaining and expanding existing partner network

Essential requirements:

  • Experience managing a team of people, preferably managing remote staff (via Skype, etc.)
  • Experience with outbound marketing such as cold calling, email contact, etc.
  • Must be fluent in English and Russian ( both written and oral )
  • Creativity, attention to detail, accountability;
  • Ability to establish and maintain strategic partnership;

Verenia will provide G-suite access (gmail, hangouts, calendar, etc.) as well as Hubspot access for lead prospect management.

Verenia will not provide phone or internet compensation for the position, but the candidate must have access to internet.
