Customer Support manager (VIP, with English)

We are looking for a manager who will take care of personal customer service in the VIP segment.

Responsibilities:

• Online customer support;
• Processing of incoming email requests, chats, and calls;
• Outgoing activity in the form of SMS messages, emails, calls for retention purposes;
• Maintaining a customer base.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Ukrainian, at least Upper-Intermediate English ;
• Experience in online sales, telemarketing, or experience as a VIP manager of online resources is desirable;
• Multitask, ability to switch between tasks;
• Desire to work for results and grow within the company;
• Sociability, passion for sports, sense of humor;
• Age from 21 (it is provided by the gambling legislation)
