What will you do:

• Provide support to the customers to identify and solve customer problems using dedicated web tools (calls, chats);
• Creating a friendly environment when dealing with clients;
• Communicating with customers following a customer-oriented approach in resolving issues and ensuring customers&# 039; satisfaction.
