Big City HVAC & Appliance Repair is hiring for the position ofВ Dispatcher. REMOTE EMPLOYMENT. (USA)

What are we doing?В 

We provide repair services for household appliances and HVAC in 4 US states (our office is located in San Diego). We work in the areas of COD, Insurance and Property. We also have an online school, but more on that later)

Now we are faced with an urgent task - to find an active, proactive and self-confident specialist in the dispatcher team!

What does the dispatcher work with?
1. Organization and coordination of repair work;

2. Maintaining reports on work in the CRM system;

3. Interact with customers via inbound/outbound messaging, email, Spark, and Yelp. Assigning work to technical specialists;

4. Concluding new contracts with clients “ (using the existing database).”

We will 100% invite you for an interview if you:
1. Previously worked as a dispatcher; or in such areas as Customer Service, Sales, Appliance Repair;
2. Familiar with the technical aspects of renovation work (will be an advantage);

3. You speak spoken English at level B 2-C 1;

4. Do you like remote work and are ready to start working soon;

5. A sociable, positive person who easily adapts to a new environment and quickly masters the material.
