Analyst to join our team!

The mission of the BizOps Process Analysts is to design an efortless, best-in-class customer

support journey.

This includes setting strategy and designing flows for our automated support platform. You will

report to the Business process manager, and be an integral part of designing conversation

experiences that drive faster and more efective issue resolution for eToro customers.

About the Role:

We are looking for an Experienced AI Developer / Prompt Engineer to join our innovative team.

This role requires expertise in developing, fine-tuning, and optimizing AI models, particularly

the realm of prompt engineering for large language models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will be

responsible for crafting high-quality prompts, enhancing model responses, and collaborating

with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven solutions into our business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

? Design, develop, and optimize AI-driven applications with a focus on NLP and LLMs.

? Engineer and refine prompts to enhance AI model performance and response accurac

? Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to implement AI-based

solutions.

? Research and implement best practices in AI model fine-tuning and prom

engineering.

? Evaluate and experiment with diferent models to improve efciency and scalability.

? Develop automation workflows leveraging AI and machine learning model

? Monitor AI system performance and proactively suggest improvements.

? Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with data privacy regulations.

? Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in

generative AI.

Qualifications & Skill

? Bachelor&# 039;s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related

field

? Minimum of 2 years of experience in AI development, NLP, or prompt engineering.

? Strong experience with LLMs (GPT, BERT, T 5, Llama, etc.) and fine-tuning technique

? Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar

frameworks.

? Hands-on experience in prompt engineering and optimizing model outputs.

? Strong knowledge of data preprocessing, model evaluation, and performance tuning.

? Experience with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and deployment strategies.

? Familiarity with Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) is a plus.

? Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

? Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.
