Manual QA Engineer

We are building the future of sustainable commerce, helping brands and platforms optimize their operations with next-gen fulfillment technology. We’re now looking for a Manual QA Engineer who will play a key role in ensuring our product is reliable, scalable, and delightful to use.

?В What You&# 039;ll Do

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing
• Validate web services and data flows (REST APIs, database queries, etc.)
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to understand features and resolve issues
• Monitor QA pipelines via tools likeВ GitHub ActionsВ and work with cloud environments such asВ AWS
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and documentation
• Optionally begin exploring automation tools with mentorship from our engineering team

? What We’re Looking For

• MinimumВ  3 years of experienceВ in Manual QA
• Deep understanding of QA methodologies, testing life cycles, and best practices
• Experience with web fundamentals:В HTTP status codes, authentication, headers
• Hands-on experience withВ API testingВ tools like Postman or similar
• Experience working withВ databasesВ  (MongoDB preferred)
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of testing flows
• Experience withВ AWSВ environments andВ GitHub ActionsВ  (or similar CI/CD tools)
• Bonus: Familiarity with or interest inВ test automation frameworks
