QA Engineer — Gitmir Ecosystem

Role
We are looking for a QA Engineer who will ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of applications built on Gitmir. You’ll be responsible for testing both the Gitmir platform itself and projects created with it — ensuring that new features, modules, and integrations work flawlessly.

This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, passionate about product quality, and eager to test not just code, but also new paradigms of development.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test cases for Gitmir’s core platform and client projects.
  

• Perform manual and automated testing of frontend and backend functionality.
  

• Validate integrations with APIs, databases, and visual business logic flows.
  

• Identify, document, and track bugs, working closely with developers to resolve them.
  

• Ensure regression testing before releases and deployments.
  

• Contribute to building automated test suites and continuous testing practices.
  

• Help define quality standards and best practices for the Gitmir ecosystem.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a QA Engineer, Software Tester, or similar role.
  

• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  

• Hands-on experience with manual testing of web applications.
  

• Understanding of REST APIs and ability to test backend integrations
  

• Basic knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
  

• Attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  

• English proficiency for documentation and communication.
  

Nice to Have

• Experience testing low-code/no-code platforms or SaaS products.
  

• Performance and load testing experience (JMeter, k 6, etc.).
  

• CI/CD testing pipeline knowledge.
