Frontend Engineer (React Lead)

We’re looking for a specialist for our client to build a next-generation creator platform that helps creators monetize and connect with their fans.

Our stack: Laravel, PHP, React, AWS, with AI-powered features.

We’re looking for a Frontend Engineer (React Lead) to drive our React migration and improve the mobile-first user experience. You’ll work closely with our UI/UX designer and backend engineers to deliver fast, responsive, and delightful interfaces for creators and fans.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the migration from Laravel Blade templates to a modern React-based frontend.


• Collaborate daily with the UI/UX designer to refine and improve existing user flows and designs.


• Build and maintain a component library/design system in React (Storybook or similar).


• Ensure the web app is mobile-first, responsive, and accessible across devices and browsers.


• Optimize frontend performance for mobile users (bundle size, lazy loading, caching).


• Integrate AI-powered features into the frontend experience.


• Improve existing pages and flows using feedback, usability testing, and analytics.


• Collaborate with QA to ensure high-quality releases.


• Partner with backend engineers to design and consume APIs effectively.

What you bring:

• 4+ years of React development (hooks, context, state management).


• Startup mindset: fast, pragmatic, and ownership-driven.


• Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.


• Proven experience building mobile-first, responsive web applications.


• Familiarity with design systems and component-driven development.


• Experience working closely with UI/UX designers to polish interfaces.


• API integration experience (REST, GraphQL).


• Debugging and monitoring skills with Sentry.


• TailwindCSS, AWS (S 3/CloudFront), or experience integrating with Laravel/PHP backends is a plus.
