Sales manager

We are looking for a Sales Manager focused on cold calling.В 

The role is based on working with provided lead databases and contacting potential clients by phone.

This is a remote position and can be either full time or part time.

This is a commission only position. There is no fixed salary.

Your income depends entirely on closed deals.

Sales managers earn:

• High percentage from each closed deal

• One time bonuses for closing new clients

• Recurring monthly commission from active clients

Since our clients pay monthly for marketing services this creates long term recurring income for the sales manager.

All work is organized through professional tools including:

Monday.com — CRM and task management

RingCentral — calling system

Zoom — meetings and communication

We provide everything needed to succeed in sales including:

• Ready cold calling scripts

• Full knowledge base about services and products

• Structured onboarding training

• Support from the internal team

• Lead databases for calling and access to all necessary systems

Requirements:

- Good English (not necessarily perfect but confident communication is required)

- Comfortable making cold calls

- Responsible and organized

- Stress resistant and motivated by results

- Previous sales experience is a plus but not required. If you have strong communication skills and motivation to earn through commission we are ready to train you.
